Really quite disappointed with iFollow yesterday, it seemed to make our players look generally poor and they completely missed our goals I found it quite amateur that they failed to update the score after QPR had scored...

Kiss your money goodbye, don't do refunds in my experience

Probably not. If you’re trying to do anything with it that was invented in the last 20 years or so, iFollow won’t have it

For the post lockdown matches, I used the Ipad that I'd borrowed from school and connected to tv through HDMI. But I've now bought a VGA extension cable and connect the pc to the tv.

It’s blacked-out on iFollow in Europe.

Fortunately it’s on DAZN, the streaming service which I have, so I’ll be watching it there.

It’s on DAZN in Germany so I‘m watching it there, there should presumably be a local channel with it wherever you are If there’s no video from IFollow (and there won’t be).

It is not on the "rest of the world" blackout list. Sure isn't on any channel in this country. iFollow support says it "should be there".

Mate, in Germany, I frequently have games that are „not on the blackout list“ appear with no video, and their support always says it should be there.

I'm having the same problem.

I have followed all their email instructions.

I entered a chat with 'Gemma' on iFollow support and she advised me I needed a 'Promo code'. I informed her I didn't need one for the Cardiff game and then she disappeared for 10 mins. Came back and told me that the club had sent them a list of email addresses and mine was not listed on that list. Luckily, I took screen shots of the conversation so I have now emailed the club with a letter of complaint and requesting a refund.

I also emailed ifollow@efl.com but no response.

How can something so simple go so wrong?

Whilst I'm on it, I didn't even want a iFollow code for this match. I was never asked if I wanted one. Forest have assumed and haven't given me an option for a refund for the Cardiff game.

The decision whether to opt for the Ballot or a rolling Refund has a deadline of 23rd September and affects games after the Bristol match.

I don't know why I'm even surprised that the customer service from Nottingham Forest is sadly falling short of my expectation.

I have emailed forest with this very question.
I don't expect a reply.
I gauge the club to be rude arrogant and underhanded in their actions.

They have the opportunity to change my views but I doubt they'll even bother replying.

The amount of goodwill the club is pissing away is staggering.
