I'd be very surprised if we signed both. Even signing one of them feels a bit like overkill. Is this as well as the South Korean chap?

Fulham at home last season. 3 subs available. We're losing 2 nil. Changes shape, throws on a midfielder for a defender and forward for a midfielder to attack the game. We lost 4-nil.I’m not sure SC is a squad rotation merchant-I expect him to follow his ‘next man up’ approach.
However,we need additional quality signings to ensure our bench is not full of lower-mid Championship
players and kids (which means inevitable relegation).
The squad is bound to be needed when injuries and suspensions invariably occur.
I didn’t say he wasn’t flexible.Fulham at home last season. 3 subs available. We're losing 2 nil. Changes shape, throws on a midfielder for a defender and forward for a midfielder to attack the game. We lost 4-nil.
Middle part of the season. At Home Zinck in front of Garner and Yates, away Garner in front of Colback and Yates. Changed when Max was injured.
He's more flexible that you seem to think. Also, next-man-up is not a queue metaphor, its about squad readiness.
He's proven that he's amenable to playing and adapting. With 5 subs, I expect we'll see it more and we'll see more tactical game plans per opposition.
I understand it may be deemed as excess but I am very suprised by the reaction to the actual player.
He has missed chances at Brighton but he is a real menace and has a good all round game, and actually scored very important goals for them. Brighton didn't lose when he scored last season. I think he's exactly the sort of player that Cooper will have targeted personally.
I know Lincs_Red's Brighton mate says he would drive him up the M1 but most Brighton fans really like him.
Okay, I trust your opinion over Cooper’s. We better cancel the deal.Good player, but we don't need him and Dennis.

Agreed. His team mostly picked itself via form and fitness once we got going. Even when colback had a few wobbly games when first coming in for Lowe he didn't really have options to change it. Will be interesting to see how much he does like to tinker given the opportunity.Fulham at home last season. 3 subs available. We're losing 2 nil. Am I the only one who couldn't give a flyer what the media thinks?

This signing actually makes sense looking at the squad. Injuries will happen and we need options who will come in and hit ground running.
He's been Brighton's top scorer for the last 3 seasons and opinions from Brighton fans about him seem mostly positive. Not exactly a flop. Not sure on this one. Flopped under a manager that is up there with Cooper in terms of ability and Brighton are a mid table Prem team. Is he good enough for a lower end Prem team in our proposed case?
He's a very good Championship player though should we go down.
Knew I forgot someone..Plus Freuler
Being top goal scorer for a team that struggles for goals. 10 and 9 goals each season in the Prem. 25 in the Championship season. He's been Brighton's top scorer for the last 3 seasons and opinions from Brighton fans about him seem mostly positive. Not exactly a flop.

As I said - Very good Championship player.
Looking at his stats just now however, "flopped" was an incorrect term based on opinion I've read from Brighton fans and limited TV exposure that I've seen of. I guess he'll do a job.
