GAFF LAD. "Open your knees and feel the breeze"
Thanks for posting Tiger, much appreciated
At least they recognise this. So much diving, whinging and surrounding the ref begging for cards.I absolutely despise this culture we've developed where winning fouls is more important than scoring goals. Haaland today is the worst one yet. Wasn't even a foul never mind in the box, and a great chance goes missing. Jack does it several times a game.
I'd hate to be that person who supports a club that's right at the top and nothing is good enough. 2nd in the league isn't good enough. Being in the Champions League isn't good enough. Winning FA Cups, League Cups and Premier Leagues isn't good enough.Imagine watching the football they do every week and complaining about a single thing, I imagine the ones that went pre-takeover are quite grateful in general.
Thanks Tiger.... I looked at their pre and post-match comments - to be fair there were many fans who warned that we wouldn't be a push over cited our recent record and said how much we'd improved since the start of the season. That said the most common score prediction was probably a 3-1 City win. When the line-ups came out they were cock-a-hoop and really liked the look of their side.Imagine watching the football they do every week and complaining about a single thing, I imagine the ones that went pre-takeover are quite grateful in general.
We'd be a far bigger club than City if we'd had the billions pumped into us. Our reach would be much greater
And it’s for reasons such as these that I predict their fall to be grim and brutalImagine watching the football they do every week and complaining about a single thing, I imagine the ones that went pre-takeover are quite grateful in general.
I have a mate who went loads in the 80’s and 90’s and he genuinely doesn’t really enjoy it now. When they first won the premier league in 2013 (or whenever it was) he was emotional about it. Now he says he’s totally not bothered and he used to go to away games galore in league one etc..Imagine watching the football they do every week and complaining about a single thing, I imagine the ones that went pre-takeover are quite grateful in general.
So salty, the writer saw us cum and just could help but scream.Forest are defying gravity in their league position. I think they’re the poorest side in the prem. Piss off back to the championship and take that pathetic shirt with its two stars with you.
Don't agree with this at allForest are defying gravity in their league position.
I went to Uni in Manchester and then did my post-grad in Leeds, no contest, Manchester was way better - mind you (sigh) this was back in the days of Madchester, the city was a gritty shit-hole in the main (the IRA bomb improved the place for christ's sake) Leeds I found a soulless placeCan't stand Man Utd or Man City
Don't like Manchester as a place generally, although full disclosure my ex-girlfriend of some years at secondary school left me for a dirty Manc c*** after arriving at university there
Nowt beats NottinghamI went to Uni in Manchester and then did my post-grad in Leeds, no contest, Manchester was way better - mind you (sigh) this was back in the days of Madchester, the city was a gritty shit-hole in the main (the IRA bomb improved the place for christ's sake) Leeds I found a soulless place
Nottm is a great campus as well, certainly was when i was there, I think they scaled down some of the bars these days but it's still beautifulNowt beats Nottingham
Spot on.City fans have got to be careful.
Yes they’ve probably been turned into an elite club with mental and probably illegal amounts of investment, they simply aren’t as big as United, Arsenal, Liverpool, Real, Barce, Inter, Juve, AC … and never ever will be
I’m not old at all but even I remember when they were fumbling about season after season bouncing from manager to manager. Up and down the divisions…
Their fall could be hard and grim and a team like ‘little Forest’ could very well play with the big boys too.
Oh and you’re not even the biggest club in your city … you’ll do well to remember that.
Yes, they just slag us off on their fan pages and other social media.I always like how the "elite" say we have a lower league mentality because we sing songs that are insulting to them
I clearly remember that one from the '60s Nicola. His name escapes me at present, but the actor wearing the City hat became a Coronation Street regular for a good while.Whenever I hear Man City mentioned I always flashback to when this was on the tv
