Lansbury next?

Anyone else think that Fawaz has already done the deal to sell Lansbury to Burnley, or will he pull the plug on that one after hearing Pearcys radio interview.

After the stunt he pulled today, if he sells Lansbury to Burnley, he'd be risking his life by showing up on Saturday to do his little pre match wave.

For the right price, Lansbury would look great on their treatment table. Funny how he's somehow not biscuits because of his abundance of natural talent and all-rounderness, for many.

He's a great player for us, when fit.

It's the "when fit" that's the question.

oh he's as biscuit like as Miller alright. Just that the half a season you get out of him is worth having, if he goes it has to be for real money not chicken feed.

Stuart Pearce
As long as Pearce knows and for a reasonable price Lansbury can go. Any player who doesn't want to play for the shirt can go. Don't think Lansbury has his heart at the club. With Darlow and Lascelles going it will be less so. His injury record at Forest has been poor.

Conspiracy we will see tomorrow:

maybe Psycho did know about today but didn't want to sell and Fawaz told him they were going, so he used tonight as a tactic to stop Lansbury to go tomorrow.

I'm calling it

He'd never need that mansion he bought a while ago either!

It's so obvious that he's going.

Pearce said in his interview about they won't sell unless there demands are met

So I effect he's clearing his name, not that it needs clearing

Lansbury will go, without doubt, all the rumours over the close season aren't for fun

If Lansbury does go which by the sounds of it will. I think he will be the last out of the door

Interesting, Pearce's RN interview and the following implosion could well stop another sale.

If he does go after todays events, the fans will demand a marquee signing to compensate. Someone like Jordan Rhodes.

Is this the 'shock' departure rumoured for tomorrow? Come on those in the know, speak up. It's not like it's a secret anymore

Its that damn reporter.

Also, the tone change in Pearce's voice when Lansbury was mentioned said a lot.

If Lansbury goes to Burnley then we have significantly weakened ourselves again with no pace or prolific strikers its all becoming a let down again.

I can see my season ticket going in the 'for sale' forum tomorrow night, just giving y'all a heads up

Sounded clear to me that Lascelles & Darlow would happily have stayed, but Lansbury is stalling on a new contract and is looking to join a Premier League club. There is little point keeping him if it means we'll lose him for nothing. He'll be gone within a week....

And the Forest-Blackpool game will be held at one of Powerleague's 5-A-side pitches!

He's got 2 years left hasn't he?
