I suspect a versatile forward with speed will still be coming through the door. Someone who can play wide and through the centre. Score and create.

Is he better than the one Dirty Leeds got? Costa?

Very different players despite playing similar positions.

Costa is very neat with his feet, will draw you in and then beat you with skill, good in tight spaces and has a 'cultured' left foot. Had a knee injury and IMO hasn't come back as effective since.

Cavaleiro is more pace, power and brawn. More direct. Will drive with the ball into space.

I'd say Cavaleiro is more of a need for us, as we have Lolley to be the one who draws people in tight and then uses clever feet and should movements to beat them. Can also play through the middle.

I assume both are Mendes players, as both came from Benfica to Wolves, same age group too. (google shows Cavaleiro went to Monaco from Benfica actually, then Wolves)

If Cavaleiro is available I think he'd be a great signing. But then I imagine there's other clubs who will compensate Wolves better for him.

No rumours about any forwards?

Just Grosicki & Thioub that comes to mind.

Thioub is French, playing in Ligue 1, and most likely a Modesti recommendation? Sounds more likely than Grosicki.

It is going to be interesting. It wouldn't surprise me if we don't get a pure CF. Do we use Portuguese or French connections. Grosicki does also have French connections and maybe his familiarity with the league helps. Polish press were randomly all over it again the other day.

I think it is right we leaving that and RB for last by the looks of things. Assessing current RB options. LB and CM was the vital additions and glad we got that sorted. In a way I am also glad we got a GK who looks world class potential in with his mobility and all round he looks to have the tools.

I agree mate. We seem to doing sensible business so far, with any big outlay likely to be on an attacker or two nearer the end of the window.

Having a highly rated young keeper who is used to the sweeper role provides more options for the team.

My Dad is going to matches with me next season and he's nearly 80.

After Muric is done, what else do we think we need? A RB and a quality winger? That's should see us done, then move on a lot of players!

Definitely a forward or two.
