I think we're perhaps aiming a bit too high this summer.

I realise the irony of this after us all saying we need genuine quality to take us to the next level.

It just seems that that next level of player- courted by elite clubs- aren't interested.

It just seems that that next level of player- courted by elite clubs- aren't interested.

It is about staying patient, it's frustrating but you do have to wait for genuine quality sometimes. We were really patient with MGW despite the whole forum spamming everyday last year move on, move on, move on.

The closer the window shutting day gets, the more likely it is of any big deal happening - that's the reality. We play 3 games before the window shuts, two away to Man United & Arsenal - and the other at home to Sheffield United. For me, whether we get key players in or not - we are likely expecting the same points tally whatever happens from those games which is 3 points.
