Yes but nows the time to sign them up.
If they love the club as much as they profess they will sign-it will be a guaranteed 50% increase in salary at least I would think and relegation would result in them being sold anyway, so a dignified way out and everyone wins.
If we stay up they carry on surfing the Forest wave....

Be an interesting one if we go down but Worrall himself has a good season. If that happens our price will end up nearer £30m in the event clubs are interested season after next.

Exactly this is why getting the Prem money to compete at the top of the Championship at the very least was so important, we are a step up in the food chain now and can afford to reject 10m offers for players that will obviously go on to be worth much more like Cash & Johnson.

As we saw last summer when Joe negotiated with the "unnamed club", his standing with Forest is such that I think its accepted that he will make his own decisions now having put so much into NFFC over the years. And by that I mean that if a big offer comes in for him and he wants to go it will be sanctioned.
I just hope that his feelings for the club mean that he understands we have to get decent fee for him if that situation materialises and as a result why not sign a new contract to ensure that happens?.

Any doubters should remember that at every single stage of his career he has risen to the challenge.. From big club loan spells, to breaking into the first team, to becoming captain and guiding the club he loves to the Premier League.

Like his best mate Yatesy I think he’ll continue to rise to the challenges, no matter what any of us lot think.

This. Those two will run through brick walls for this club. They'll be working hard to learn and improve, and I am certain both will play a huge part this season.

There is an old Joe Worral interview where he's talking about his time at Rangers. He mentions having a poor pre-season, unable to find his feet. He doesn't get a good start to the season and can't get in the first XI.

Does anyone remember this interview? Can you find a link to the source?

I'd be interested to see it again, given the current controversy about his form.

I'm sure he'll come good again this season, and I hope soon.

Love Worrall but I think he’s out of his depth at the moment in the premiership need to see in another few games if he learns quickly enough to adapt.
