It’s ADIDAS (again!) and KAIYUN SPORTS not MACRON, not BOXT, or UNHCR

They're also probably proritising the vast amount of returns that they've had...
I wonder if the shit quality is related to the supply issues. Like they're cutting corners to produce them more quickly or using seconds fabric?

Probably - the pressure to meet deadlines will usually result in corners being cut somewhere in the supply chain.

I feel like mine is a touch looser than last seasons. Maybe a bit longer as well.
I found that with my „Home“ shirt - it is wider in the body by a couple of centimetres, it is slightly longer and the sleeves are not as tight.

This was 2XL btw, thanks to Macron‘s ridiculous sizing (in any other brand, I would take a L).

Mine is definitely a touch looser than last season and longer as well - I put it against the last seasons away shirt which confirmed this.

Hopefully that makes it clearer - that is this seasons‘ Home shirt underneath lat seasons‘ Away one.

Someone really needs to do this with their Forest shirts ❤️

Quite an interesting stance the club is taking on a shirt sponsor. Have to imagine they've cost themselves money at this point. But hope springs eternal that they'll maximize revenue on the available spaces.

They have perhaps shot themselves in both feet, though; by holding out for a higher offer - the value of which will decline as the season goes on - they have also spectacularly messed up with the inability to get replica kit on the shelves?

Many fans would have been happy to buy a sponsorless-shirt (better than some Asian gambling syndicate or crypto-scam) but again, Forest are out of stock on pretty much everything.

If you really wanted to be critical - and, let‘s be honest, Forest are in the top flight now, so they have to be held up to that standard - they are selling themselves short.

I was about to post something similar.

For every game that passes, the value of the sponsorship decreases to the sponsor. The only logic I can see is Forest are holding out for a long term lucrative sponsorship and those businesses aren't willing to commit until they get a feel of our chances of remaining in the league.

I also wonder if the very top potential sponsors are put off by our lack of corporate facilities. Part of the package of being a main sponsor is your ability to host and impress your clients during home matches. The likes of Samsung wanting to take their clients to an old battered Main Stand will be factored in when you see what else is on offer in The Premier League.

That is actually a really good point.

I have done „hospitality“ at the Mercedes-Benz Arena, and it is frankly fantastic; the corporate areas used by sponsor-guests (primarily Damiler-Benz, as principle sponsor) are worthy of a five-star hotel, there is a three-storey block that is just for such attendees, with top quality food and drink, lounges with pre- and post-match guests (typically prominent former players among them) and the usual extravagant fare you would see for a proper top-tier UEFA rated stadium. And the Mercedes-Benz Museum is across the street, if you fancy a bit of post-match sightseeing?

Forest‘s limited offering doesn‘t come anywhere near it (not that I would expect it to, of course, at this point) but if you are a company giving away millions for the opportunity to promote your brand, you want the best venue possible to meet and greet your guests, not the equivalent of a corner takeaway.

Got an email earlier from DH gate to say my kids shirts will be delivered this week.... got to laugh some Chinese sweatshop can get a shirt made and shipped from half way around the world yet the club shop can't get one shipped 8 miles....

This clubs an absolute joke sometimes, if it were a restaurant or other business within the entertainmennt industry without loyal customers it would have been shut years ago because it can't organise a piss up in a brewery.... owners come and go but the admin and organisation is still shit.

I went to the club shop of my local side at the weekend, to pick up a new „Third“ shirt, and I was chatting to one of the young ladies working in there whilst queuing, and she said to me they have absolute mountains of stock in the shop, of all three kits, in Mens, Womens and Kids-specific sizes, and that the three (all from local BaWü supplier, JAKO) have been tremendously popular this season, but they aren‘t struggling for new stock when they need it. If you order online, the quoted delivery time is 3-4 days, or add a couple of days if you want printing on it (name/number et al).

However, I do know that JAKO kits are made in Turkey, not the Far East, so perhaps that is a factor here?

Maybe the problem is Macron, as well as Forest‘s general incompetence?

It doesn't matter if its..

Forest and Umbro
Forest and Adidas
Or Forest and Macron there's always problems and there's only one consistent.in them combos.

I don't go in the club shop much, but when I have been in I've seen some Everton shorts on a rack and a Billy Sharp shirt on sale for 59 quid 18 months after he'd left. What other shit goes on down there on a daily basis?

Clubs still a joke on so many levels and still nobody seems to give a f***.

Who knows what’s going off at the club regarding sponsorship but I can’t help but feel it would have been a grand gesture to give some local charities a bit of exposure and raise awareness for some of the lesser known unsung heroes in our area.

I ordered the 3rd shirt with Yates on the back (not Eddie) on the day of the West Ham game. Not heard anything about it yet :D

Surely the value to any would be sponsor is going down anyway? Forest play two matches against top six sides in the next seven days, the likelihood is that we'll have no sponsor for either.

Got to question some of the commercial decisions being made here.
