Unless something massively changes for them I think two wins against Wolves and Chelsea at home will see us over the line

*Promotion Bonuses are excluded in the EFL because how can they not be. However when Promoted they are not presumably due to the spike in income..ergo Bournemouth and Fulham should also have them readded to the FFP calculations.
*Debt Writeoffs are surely not reducing losses at EFL level, whereas at PL level they might be- in addition, there was an EFL case in which Cardiff were embargoed in 2016 despite claiming a debt Writeoff made them compliant. Not so much a case but the EFL weren't having it.
Therefore had Nottingham Forest stayed down..
*-£3m in the 2 Covid years removed the debt Writeoff and becomes -£8m.
*The stated £40m in 2021-22 becomes -£20m as you do exclude Promotion Bonuses.
The 8-9m of debated Covid losses seems to have changed over time. Which makes calculating the 3 Year Rule problematic yet if those Covid losses have changed over time then Fulham's high level of Riverside stand should be challenged, reviewed etc and Fulham referred to a Disciplinary to adjudicate.

The UK absolutely is not going to be „the first major country to regulate football“.
Football is absolutely regulated in pretty much every major country.
What the UK is proposing is to implement a completely independent regulator. And that is because the „Football Authorities“ - including the Premier League - have proven singularly incapable of governing themselves, trampling on supporters, many of the clubs they are supposed to represent, and the grass-roots of the game, in the process.
And that is mainly because their agenda is entirely based on profit, not the greater good of football.

I’ve done a short 2-and-a-half-minute video detailing why PSR is complete and utter nonsense and how Forest and Everton have been cheated by the Premier League with this newly proposed ‘luxury tax’ for those of you interested. Modern day football is becoming more of a joke by the day.
If they only get two then that gives us free reign to spend whatever the hell we want in whatever league we are in with the knowledge that we only take a two point hit for a second offence
