Ethan Shea Horvath

It seems to be an uncharacteristic error from him this season. All the reports are that he's been very good for Luton and the stats for both him and the team back that up.

I doubt he'll ever be premier league level, and if we dropped down we might aspire to better while we still have Premier league resources but I think he would be more than capable if we dropped back down.

„Play in“ is stretching it a little bit, but hey, that is a cracking stat!

It is going to be intersting to see whether Ethan's nerves desert him on the big stage.
An early misplaced kick out, or a dropped cross in front of 80,000 fans and the TV cameras can quickly break the spirit of a nervous player.
And my estimation of Ethan was that he was a decidely nervy player.
It will b interesting to watch how he performs.

That first appearance - gifted the opposition a goal in the first half with his twinkle-toed ability, and very nearly did it again in the 2nd half.
Other than that i thought he was a decent keeper... at that level.
I was chatting to a lad who's watched him regularly this season and he reckons he's come on massively in that regard. He's a decent shit stopper and cones out well, buy the overriding factor with me was how he looked when dealing with even a simple backpass.

It's good to know he's handy with the cones though. Someone has to take Jordan Smith's place putting them out.

It's reassuring to know that should the worst happen there's a keeper on the books at the club who is proven at the top end of the Championship. I'd still be looking to bring someone in but Horvath has proven himself so it's not quite the mad panic it could've been.

A decent shit stopper? Sign him up as a mod on here?

Hennessey is proven in the Premiership, but I shudder at the thought of either him or Horvath being number 1 assuming we avoid the drop.

I doubt either will even be at the club next season if we avoid the drop.

Yes... I agree.
we will flog Hennessey to one of the newly promoted clubs for £15m, and Horvath to Luton also for £15m if they get promoted, and for £10m if they don't. (With a £5m add on if they get promoted next season).

Forest ought to sell Hennessy to VfB Lübeck.

He would fit in well there.

Ahem.

In all seriousness, if Hennessy had done what he did over here, he would be on the end of a court case and a large fine.

Germans absolutely do not have any time for that sort of shit.
