I think I saw the other day that Woy has finally gotten over his hard on for Man United and dropped Young from the squad. I'm hoping Lambert starts up top and Cleverley is sitting comfortably on the bench.

I can see us winning this one 2-0 or 3-0. We could pretty much win the group tonight if the Poland - Ukraine match ends in a draw and we get the victory, due to our better goal difference.

Some slightly concerning stats I read on him today: "He has had a remarkable 26 shots without scoring a single goal. He has also, rather neatly, attempted 26 crosses; four have reached a teammate."

He's had an excellent 9 months, there's no doubt about it.
The above isn't much of a surprise, although stats can paint a false picture. There are certainly questions about his decision making, but I think the same is true of most young wingers.

I'd love Lambert to play but on current form Sturridge and Rooney have got to be in front of goal. Sturridge is a goal machine at the minute
