Watson, Colback & Bridcutt have really showed that fresher legs have been what our midfield has missed, they've also proved a DM brief of tackle when you can & pass 5m sideways will only take you so far.

Agree with this, but also agree his gradual phasing out of the side this year.
Always thought he was a good tidy player, glad we signed him, but age has caught up quickly with him this year and he'll be looking for a league one side if not retiring me thinks.

Agreed Rob. I think he's still got a season left in him, but at a level where the pace is slower.
He's a level head and can still pick out a pass so there's definitely room for him in a side that doesn't require as much movement.
