Try A Little Tenderness
My joy was 52nd Street to go to the last knockings of the jazz bars there. Jimmy Ryan's and Eddie Condon's were the only two left, but they were rocking (if you like New Orleans jazz, that is).

I've been since it moved to West 44th St. in the '90s Richard, but I'd love to have visited Birdland when it was on 52nd Street, when all of the Bebop greats played there.

Back to Christie-he’s shit.

Please reply, any of you and let’s start the pointless argument again....
I'm actually much more enjoying the chat about hot dogs me burgers tbh.

It's inspired me to make my own chilli dogs over the weekend.

When I went to In-N-Our Burger (the one just down the road from Norman's Rare Guitars) there was a woman outside in a In-n-out Bikini having her picture taken, with the hat all the employees have to wear.

It was so typical LA, I couldn't believe it. I tried to find the pictures when I got home, but was never successful.

Didn’t you laminate that photo and hide it in your special place?

I’ve tried to make my own chilli dogs but they are never quite the same.

Coincidentally Gary, I remember that on the way out for that last visit, one of the movies I watched was Woody Allen's Wonder Wheel. It was hardly Allen's best in my opinion, but it was enjoyable enough and the Coney Island fifties period detail was spot-on, particularly the soundtrack featuring the Mills Brothers.

Incidentally, one of Anita's choices was to re-watch, of all things, Cloverfield!

Nice one Frank, this sounds like my kinda movie. I'm gonna look for the trailer for this film on Youtube.

This sounds like my cup of tea,Frank. That would somewhere I would certainly head to. I've done Route 66 but not NewYork. the funny thing is, when Joolz gets her knee sorted out, New York is next on our USA list. It's always been a dream of mine to ride 'The Wonder Wheel' at Coney Island, and to sample the original 'Nathan's Hotdogs'.

Yeah it’s international break, I’m not talking about a loanee who’s not coming back. Look at this stream with recent snow melt coming through, I slipped and got my YEEZYS WET. A stream somewhere about 30 minutes from Oregon.
