Was worthy of a yellow. Definitely on the wreckless side of over committed.

Almost every slide tackle ever will connect with the player, he's not overly aggressive, he pulls his feet to not hit him.

I still don't think it's a foul.

Sauce salad?
Think his main problem there was that it was his arse that won the ball rather than his legs, meaning his legs must have taken the player first.

Hard to see a foul there. Because it’s a second yellow they can’t appeal it either.

VAR wouldnt have changed it because it was two yellows - one of the stupidest rules around that you can review a straight red but not two yellows.
The issue with reviewing 2 yellows and a red is what if the first yellow wasn't a card worthy but the second is.

Do you review both? Do you review the most recent? Is it fair to have 1 red rescinded because it was the second offence but not the other as it was the first?

All interesting talking points

I think cards should be reviewed by the VAR when the game is going on.

It wouldn't affect the game because they could do it whilst it's happening. That's an easy implementation that would benefit the game, it's far too logical to actually be introduced.

Then you’d have to argue that every challenge has to be reviewed constantly for the ones that arent given?
