Not sure about this one.

Has he done well for Ajax, or are they offloading so quickly because he didn't meet expectations?

Was the one I wanted most in the summer. Insane speed but has an end product.

Wonder if there's an option to buy if he does well?
Would be interesting, im sure Man City have a buyback clause and a sell on as well so it depends I'd guess on what Ajax are trying to do.

From comments I read on Ajax forums they reckon he's a bit raw but would be happy for him to get some game time.

Was linked with Burnley where its quoted as him preferring to stay at Ajax and wait for an opportunity.

Hopefully it’s a loan with an OTB? You could see them wanting to improve the team quickly.

As it stands Ajax are not even in the Europa Conference League next season! 21 points adrift must be one of their worst seasons in decades?

Purchasing him would also void Man City’s buy-back clause, although they’d probably just buy him back and offer him out at £50m, if he has a good end of season with us.

That's the most diplomatic way of saying "I'm not going to that shithole" I've ever heard.

one that i wanted forest to look at in the summer. Rapid and has an end product abeit at a lower level. still raw but a better option than cho who plays with fear, worried that he'll break down.

Fair point on CHO, feel like he’s getting there though. Wand of a right boot too, lovely cross at the weekend.

Don’t want to worry anyone but I just googled Carlos Borges:

Uruguayan footballer - cracking player ( scored hat trick in World Cup )
but he died ( aged 82 ) in 2014.

Makes me question our scouting team
Are you sure you're not confusing him with Omar Richards?

They had one of their worst starts to the season in history but have managed to claw their way back up the table.

Will most likely make Europe but forget the title. PSV are too dominant.
Coach John van‘t Ship has definitely steadied the ship!

(I’ve been waiting months to crack that pun).
