Callum Wilson

It's a couple of years into a 100 year lease - twas renewed a couple of years ago.

Probably the right move for a player at that level though. Bournemouth is a very well run club in fairness and they've got the Grabban and Surman money to spend, so a player like that makes perfect sense to them.

Good quality of life down on the south coast and he'll be able to get a decent boat with his signing fee!

Surman was only on loan at Bournemouth from Norwich.

Callum Wilson, unproven at this level, vs Matty Fryatt, very capable at this level.

Pearce probably thinks we have one for the future in Lars without gamling on another one.

Anyway, he's gone now... Next!

We need more than one capable striker right now though. It's likely that at best, Veldwijk will take a McCleary development in which he has a year or two adjusting to the higher level before he finds his feet.

I'm not so sure if he'll need that long. McCleary was younger and came from the Conference, whereas (I'd guess) the Dutch second-tier is possibly of a higher standard. Time will tell.

We have missed our last chance, RIP NFFC.

Really feel sick about this one. Bournemouth will get promoted this season, we won't.

Over reaction, maybe. Hope I'm wrong.

Reading between the lines of interviews, I think Pearce has already got a player in mind, but is biding his time. It may be someone we've never heard of - but Pearce & his team with their extensive contacts in the game know a lot of players that may fit the bill perfectly.

For gods sake man the season is still weeks away and you are bleating like a little girl.

What are you going to be like if we lose the first game?

Pearce is after a new striker and if he'd wanted Wilson I'd be surprised if he went to Bournemouth over us.
Trust in Psycho and his backroom team, they know what they're doing.
