There was something about him signing a new contract at Coventry a while ago where he said he didn't want to move away. Agree Wolves are favourites if he moves, but good that SP is loking at young CFs.

Is he the sort of player you'd want that much cash thrown at? He seems like a talent, but I think for that money there is better out there.

Yeah, maybe with all the possible addons.

As with all these transfers there is more to it than a simple cash fee, although sometimes a £1.5M cash offer might be better received by a club in Cov's position than say £1M down, with a possible extra 2M if he scores 20+ goals, we get promotion, he wins an England cap, and gets to the final of Britain's got talent by juggling a three legged dog and a packet of McVities digestives. ;)
