Flashes of his old brilliance... you can see he is low center of gravity player - he can turn into a great pass or shot, but generally quite ponderous. More time should see him thrive, I think
My view is that he really got us going second half and was unlucky not to be involved in a winner. I like him.
I think he's lacking in confidence. He has the delivery and the decision making but doesn't look like he trusts it so would rather pass on the opportunity to someone else when he gets in a good position.
Thought he looked good to me, before we signed him I thought he was a pace player but he doesn't seem to rely massively on that (Maybe that's also because of his previous injuries as well and this being less of an asset) but he's got some good passing ability and was trying to be positive.
He went to Whitgift so one would assume he has perhaps more aptitude up top than the average player. But you can certainly see when he gets on the ball he wants to make something happen...
