It's never a good idea to air your dirty laundry on social media, Brice. All it's going to do is burn your bridges.

For anyone who doesn’t speak French:
When signing at #Nottingham, Samba simply negotiated a clause to increase his salary in the event of a move up to PL
No increase was offered to him
Would loved to have had Samba between the sticks in the Prem He would have milked the limelight.
Something not right about offering him a new wage on same money and then chasing a goalkeeper who is on close to 100k a week.
A very forest way to start the transfer window.
"Brice we're serious about a new contract... are you?"Is Mark Arthur back at NG2?
If that's true then surely the club has broken a contractual agreement and is liable to be sued by Brice? In which case we'll find out definitively who is telling porkies in the media.
Just realised that's two Matrix GIFs I've posted today
Maybe I can get the hat trick in before the day is out?
No, but we wouldn't offfer a new contract in worse terms. That's just not likely.A wage increase being triggered via his current contract doesn’t mean the club can’t offer a new contract does it…

Neither party has exactly covered themselves in glory with this have they?
A very disappointing way for a much loved player to depart.
I didn't say they'd done anything wrong, but clearly Brice is upset about something which isn't a good look for a club who need to do some serious business this window. What have the club done wrong?
It’s confusing but I took it as the Daily Mail article isn’t true and what that Santi fella wrote is true.Allegedly - if you read it with your eyes squinty - that tweet is saying that all of those points are not true. In which case:
Sambas contract does not have a clause to increase on promotion
Henderson isn’t 3x higher wages than Samba
Forest *have* offered an increase to Samba?
Exactly, that's why he should now be done here no matter how good he is or what he's done for us.It's never a good idea to air your dirty laundry on social media, Brice. All it's going to do is burn your bridges.

I suspect this has more to do with correcting any flack he might have received for being greedy and wanting to leave. He clearly loved it at Forest. I suspect that the club didn't quite value him in the same way and think they can do better. It's hard to say either side is wrong.Several things strike me here…
- It’s not plausible that Forest have contractually agreed to a rise and then not followed through on it. If they did that, he’d be going to a lawyer for breach of contract, not Twitter
- he almost certainly doesn’t know what Henderson has been offered
- most people would agree Henderson’s going rate is higher
- whatever the rights and wrongs here, what does he achieve by airing them on Twitter? I think this will confirm many people’s worries that he might not be as calm as he needs to be for top level football
The Trust is broken, move him on with a" thank you"

Sadly this seems to be the case. Regardless of who feels right and who feels wronged, there shouldn't be this much noise being made about it by player or agent. Shithouse the opposition, not the hand which feeds you.
All the players at the club owe a LOT to the Coops & co for taking them to where they are. Brice's ego's got the best of him and we'd be daft to stick by a player with that type of inflated opinion who may turn out to be a dud in the Prem.
Time to move him on and upgrade. You were a good Championship Nottingham Forest keeper Brice, and thanks for helping get us up and getting us into a position where we can now bring someone in worthy of being Premiership Nottingham Forest's keeper.
