I was once midway with my ex when her flatmate, and I'm not kidding, barges into her room all in a fluster crying "where's the Savlon?! I can't find the Savlon anywhere!"

Not quite the threesome I'd imagined.

Yup.

Ironic that had Marthur had stretched the budget for once and actually bought him, he likely wouldn't have had to employ Davies

should the bid been actually accepted , he would have send him to david pleat for a anal exam and have him running away. if that doesn't put him off , marthur would have conducted his own eye exam.

I was thinking this morning that it can't be a loan now the window has shut. Glad it's a permanent deal (if) as he's the kind of player we need to keep beyond the end of the season.

Bridcutt and Watson at the base of Midfield?

Thanks very much, don’t mind if I do.

A combination of Watson/Bridcutt/Pep/Colback/Osborn in the centre of the park is such a difference from what we've had in recent years.

Then our forward options are vastly improved too. Dowell/Cash/McKay are talented, but having Tomlin, Dejagah & Lolley to push them means we've got so many options now.

We've got a lot of players who have to perform to earn a place next season.

Shame we couldn't add Dawson. I love that pic going round of JW holding a framed Dawson shirt.

We still need a lb though.

Still no news. From the Post -

http://www.nottinghampost.com/sport...ttingham-forest-still-expect-complete-1155722

Nottingham Forest still expect to complete signing of Ben Watson.
Midfielder, 32, is a free agent after agreeing to terminate his contract with Watford and is expected to be confirmed as the eighth recent addition to the Reds ranks.
Nottingham Forest still expect to complete the signing of Ben Watson, but the deal may not be officially completed until after the game against Fulham.
The midfielder has held positive talks at the Nigel Doughty Academy over a move to the City Ground, and the Championship club expect him to become their eighth recent addition.
Watson, 32, became a free agent on deadline day after agreeing to terminate his Watford contract.
And, with no time pressure involved on the deal – and Aitor Karanka not a fan of involving players in his matchday squad who have not had several days of training to prepare with the rest of the team – the Reds are relaxed about completing the final details of the move.
There are not understood to have been any late ****hes or issues at this stage.
Karanka will have a significant selection headache at Craven Cottage this weekend, given the new arrivals already in place – although not all of them will be fully match fit, with a few having found themselves on the periphery of the first team at their clubs this season.
But Forest are still hopeful of intensifying those selection issues further, by adding Watson to their squad in the coming days.
Watson scored the only goal of the game as Wigan lifted the FA Cup by beating Manchester City in 2013 and has notched up more than 400 professional appearances with Crystal Palace, Wigan, QPR, West Brom and the Hornets.
But he has made only eight starts and three sub appearances for Watford this season, with six of those coming in the Premier League.
When asked about Watson’s situation on Thursday, Karanka was open about Forest’s desire to make him a Reds player.
“I think Ben has finished his contract with Watford and he is a good player. If he is free and he is a good player, I like him,” said Karanka. “I have been really busy with the other seven signings. Let’s see what happens.”
Forest are also understood to be on the trail of a free agent left-back.
