If PSR changes next season then it won't be subject to the same loss allowances. The extra £90m (the difference between a year of PL revenue and a year of parachute payments) is already spent. We've got to pay a years worth of the amortised £250m odd we've spent plus whatever the wage bill is. Combination of both will be fast on excess of £90, and so even with Mangala and Johnson money the prospect of still making a loss is possible, maybe probable.
Worth noting our loss allowance will grow by £18m next season too.
