From what I've seen of him in the academy sides over the years, he's always looked like a decent prospect. He's demonstrated the necessary composure to score goals many times, but spending a few months at Truro City last year would have been beneficial to him in terms of acknowledging the physicality required to succeed as a centre-forward in men's football.

End of November, Sunday lunchtime, 7 degrees or so outside and he's wearing wussy gloves, thermal long sleeves and thermal shorts.
Ryan better be careful though...
Seriously, can he do any worse than what we have? He didn't do much but didn't have long to. That's the issue with giving kids like Swan and Mighten 10 mins here and there, they really need a half at least.
