They booed you off twice, mate. Those that didn't walk out threw shirts back onto the pitch and sang about how shit you are

Holy crap. If that was a good Leicester crowd no wonder there’s no 12th man impact. You can see their love for happy clapping. They’ve no place in the prem league

I didn’t realise what a prick Pickford is.

However I’d take him at Forest any day of the week. I’d say he’s similar ability to Hendo generally but has far superior kicking and distribution which is really important.

his kicking ability is the reason why we didn’t come away with all 3 points at their gaff, if he wasn’t such a prick he’d be a brilliant signing here.

If we do stay up, Hendo would still be a good signing. For togetherness etc. Either him or Navas, there were rumors that Yanited wanted to use him in a deal with spurs for Kane?

I've no problem with GK's bellowing at teammates but I think you can only do it if you have the rep to back it up and the support and understanding of those players - look at Schmeichel snr, famous for screaming at his defenders but they trusted him and respected him for his ability - for me Pickford doesn't have anything like the same gravitas as the great Dane. He's a very decent shot stopper, his positioning is good and his reactions are very good, but he isn't at the very highest level to my mind. Dropping him in to another side where he hasn't been the main man like he is at Everton with new players would be risky.

Would I take him? Probably, as others have said he's a prick but he'd be our prink though I'd never be able to warm to him. Contrast him with Samba who came to hated by others for his shithousery, while we revelled in it, he did it with a grin and style, which is something you could never accuse of Pickford of having

I don't care if Pickford is as good as (or even better than) Henderson or Navas, he just comes across as someone who would be a toxic influence who would be more trouble than he's worth. After the Jonjo Shelvey signing, we should be wary of signing bad characters.

To be fair I bet most of us on here thought Lingard was a twat before he joined.

I don't think you can really judge someone's all round character based on a few on-field mannerisms.

To be fair to him though as far as I know there's never been any talk of him being a toxic influence.

Brighton are almost definitely one of those teams that are better against better teams and if teams try and make it difficult for them they are useless.
We would lose to Worthing U13s then beat Real Madrid.

I'm not even fully joking.

Delighted that things are looking good for both of us. Could you confirm safety this weekend?

If we win and either Leeds or Everton don't, then we are mathematically safe.

If we draw and Leeds lose, then we're pretty much safe. Would require Leicester to win their last remaining two to have any chance of leap-frogging us and we could still finish ahead of Everton as a potential fallback if that nightmare scenario happened.

So yeah, very possible. We've got to go do the business first mind.

Bullshit how long this took!

8 months ban and they waited til the season is over and he gets 3 months basically off the sentence as a result due to the break and pre season.

Shame he wasn't banned two weeks ago before scoring against us in the 82nd minute.

I thought that at the time. He shouldn't have even been on the pitch. He bloody well admitted he'd done it and should've been suspended immediately
