Shorey for me.

And the Hobbs deal hasn't necessarily failed yet, reckon there could be more in this.

Not signing Shorey or having a LB replacement in a particularly ill fated January window had a massive detrimental effect on our season and ability to challenge for the automatics and the play offs.

Billy didn't rate Boyd first time round, when Fawaz knew Billy was coming back he did a u-turn. Not ethical but legal IMO.

What should have happened with Hobbs is this. We realize by mid September he is the rock for our back line, and we make a bid for his f***ing services then.

Yes: this window has been terrible.
Just think, all those players we have been associated with: Gomis; Hobbs; Fox; Djebbour; Vaughan - all missed opportunities.
And the leavings too: Lascelles - gone for a derisory £3m; Darlow - gone for amere £500k; the failure to put Miller out to loan again...terrible.
Oh, wait... what's that song you are singing, Fat Lady?
It's "Happy Days are here again" Captain....
Why thank you ma'am.
