Whilst I do not believe we need to make another signing at this point, if we can get in Carroll then we have to pull the trigger. Very good player, very capable footballer and a similar level to Lansbury IMO.

looking at past stats and opinions of the fans where he as been on loan,he looks very similar to a Raddy type player and also of a similar stature,we need some aggression in the middle of the park in my opinion like a Cattermole,Barton or someone similar

Would add some more depth the the squad. Certainly wouldn't be a starter when Lansbury & Vaughan are fit.
With the new German & young Benny Osborn do we really need him though?

Which is where Tesche is supposed to come in ?

I think SP wants another creative player in the middle of the park as a backup or complement Reid.

I wouldn't want him. He played a fair amount of games for QPR last season and didn't score a goal and barely contributed anything. He rarely stood out in a game.

Like others have said, he's a similar type of player to Ben Osborn and if Lansbury is staying now then why do we need another midfielder?
