It's like they have listened to the fans bar fox and Harding.. It was obviously bad for them to get rid of so many. But to predict such a high number to leave it ridiculous.

Just need to get rid of Abdoun, Collins & Halford. Would keep Harding as a squad player.

One of the best clear outs since last nights vindaloo next day.
Pearce has done what other managers should have done.
I don't mind keeping Harding and Fox as long as they are cover.
I don't rate Fox at CB and see him as cover at LB. I thought Lichaj was superb at LB last season when he played there and see Cohen as the best LB at the club if he is freed from his midfield duties.

I tend to agree. Fox and Harding as cover. Play Lichaj at LB and sign Hunt on a permanent for RB. Play Hobbs in the centre with Mancienne, until Wilson is back (if he ever is) and then shift Mancienne into midfield as DM.

Yes. Can see Mancienne playing instead of Vaughan eventually. Mancienne is a very versatile and cultured player. Quickly shown he is superb quality. Of all the players we have he is in my opinion probably the closest to a future England call up for me after talk of Lansbury and Britt and international recognition. A very cultured background via Chelsea, Wolves and Hamburg. Absolute snip at £0.5-£1M.

These are the signings that almost got us into the playoffs, as opposed to the Davies signings which ended in disaster eh ?

Unfair comment really lets not forget he barely had any time to put a squad together and had us 1 point outside the play offs.
Guedioura & Lansbury wasn't bad signings and let's be honest Cox wasn't at the time either he only turned shit once Davies got his hands on him like he does most strikers.
If SOD had the full season I think he would of got us into the play offs he had 3 strikers who were scoring goals up until he was sacked (Blackstock 7, Sharp 8 and Cox 5) Blackstock didn't score again that season, Sharp scored 3 under McLeish and Cox scored 1 last game of the season under Davies)
