At one point apparently academy staff were undecided as to who'd go further between he and Johnson. Funny thing youth development - you get some amazing youth players who don't make the grade and some you wouldn't think we're special that do (while he's always had the mentality I doubt there are similar stories about how far Yates would go for example).

Zach is still only a kid - he has a bit of the worrall about him (not just being a tall blond lad) so he might make it.
I knew Ethan went to the US - which kind of proved the point really that even though he's what, 22/23 now, he's nowhere near the professional structure here. His background is from Israel though not the USA. (It's Mighten who was born there)

I've seen Abbot play - wasn't impressed but the lad Fewster stuck out that night - He's gone now and didn't cut it in a loan. There was decent centre back too I thought would do well - he's up in Scotland.
Finn Back was the one I had real hopes for, but injuries haven't helped. Be interesting to see how far he can go - like BJ he'll have the mentality drilled in from his old man. That's where the comparisons end really, though I thought he's make championship level.
Tough bringing youth through at this level. Can't see that run of games lasting that much longer.
