Yeah possiblyI'll just suggest that audit trails of customers have improved and lending criteria strengthened since you did that.

Certainly better than a defeat, but we need a couple of wins soon before the season ends.Would we accept a draw?
Sorry for posting this in the ‘mortgage and loan’ thread, but anyone else more nervous about Luton v Brentford than our game Sunday?
I was thinking of Luton’s game..Certainly better than a defeat, but we need a couple of wins soon before the season ends.
I’d take a draw from Luton v Brentford.I was thinking of Luton’s game..
Not sure, what are their respective debt to equity ratios?Sorry for posting this in the ‘mortgage and loan’ thread, but anyone else more nervous about Luton v Brentford than our game Sunday?
That must be quite a nice house you bought for that big a mortgage.£20bn mortgage arrears following the Truss budget
Oh, right - a draw would be fine but a defeat for Luton would be better.I was thinking of Luton’s game..
Average price of a two bed ground floor flat in London nowadays. That must be quite a nice house you bought for that big a mortgage.
Or a season ticket at Forest.Average price of a two bed ground floor flat in London nowadays.
Simply not true I got a mortgage fine yes you may be blacklisted for a bit but it goes granted not everyone wants to live there life like that but there is very little they can do I don't these days but my credit score is brilliant after a few years
Oh and I also walked away from my mortgage didn't pay it for 6 months pocketed the money then rented when the reposesion peocedings started because we needed a bigger house but was in negative equity and my credit still recovered.
I dont live like that these days but it's simply fear stopping people do these things but I've always loved a bit of chaos
Yes exactly that if your gonna do it you just have to completely ignore everything not that I'm particularly recommending it eitherObviously working in insolvency I can't endorse the methods but what you said is correct. It's a complete myth about the debt remaining on your file. You'll have 6 years of dodging to do and potential bailiffs but after this time the debt becomes "statue barred". In layman's terms this means that the debt can no longer be chased and the adverse history should come off your credit file.
There is a caveat though which is if you make a payment to the debt or acknowledge it in writing during the six years, the clock is reset back to start at 6 years again. So if you are making monthly payments, a debt will never become statute barred as the clock resets back to 6 years every month.
It's about time Saint Toney the Persecuted stepped up to show why there was such hype about him returning, his record has been appalling since returning. I bet this **** isn't trying very hard though so as not to get injured before the summer.Irrespective of the result tomorrow. A Brentford win will lift the mood no end!!

Although Bournemouth did Forest a massive favour by coming back from 3 goals down toBrentford, like Bournemouth, seem to only exist purely to annoy Forest. So for this reason I fully expect them to roll over for their bellies to be tickled by Luton today.

And obviously there's the internal shame at your own lack of character to consider as well.Don't think anyone was suggesting it was permanent and six years is a long time.
There are other considerations as well beyond the lapsing of the debt: if you want a well paid professional job then you'll be asked about if you've defaulted on debts.
It will be fun to watch Saint Toney and Poundland Ian McShane leave over the summer and then watch Brentford slide into relegation next season.Brentford, like Bournemouth, seem to only exist purely to annoy Forest. So for this reason I fully expect them to roll over for their bellies to be tickled by Luton today.
I know nobody suggested it here mate, I just meant it's one it's generally one of those general misconceptions I hear quite a lot I especially in my my line of work.Don't think anyone was suggesting it was permanent and six years is a long time.

There not ashamed to screw us over so I'm certainly not ashamed to screw them back if I was I'd of never brought it up on a forum lol and as I said it wasn't serious advice for anyone to follow simply what I didAnd obviously there's the internal shame at your own lack of character to consider as well.
