Still frustrating that Bournemouth, who themselves should have been out of sight like Brentford, let them back in to nick a win.
We didn't but should have won both ....2-0 up then made the wrong subs.........2-2..........1-0 up away then they equalise I think from a corner or free kick........those 6 points on offer would have meant we were safe..............so frustrating...We couldn't beat Luton over 2 games... and they are really poor.
As would the 4 points lopped off us through not adhering to FFP.We didn't but should have won both ....2-0 up then made the wrong subs.........2-2..........1-0 up away then they equalise I think from a corner or free kick........those 6 points on offer would have meant we were safe..............so frustrating...
As bad as Luton obviously were today, they still have two more "winnable" home games to come so they are still in with a decent shout of staying up if they can get their act together. The Luton game gives me lots of confidence we'll stay up. They really needed to win today and not even get a draw is bad.
Burnley won't catch us, they might draw level with us on points but that GD will screw them.
Christ, I‘d rather shamfer my scrotum with a cheese-grater.Ok, well done Brentford.
So who do we have to support next week?
Oh, Manchester United and Wolves, great.
The Sheffield United away game looks our best chance of a win though,Ash-I wouldn’t writeAs bad as Luton obviously were today, they still have two more "winnable" home games to come so they are still in with a decent shout of staying up if they can get their act together.
Our home games are much tougher, and I can say I can see us getting much from our away fixtures given how bad we are away from home.
IMO while today's result is a big boost, we'll still need to cobble together a win and a couple of draws to secure safety.
It'll be interesting to see how they react, that's for sure. Today might be a wake up call, or it could lead to them imploding entirely.View attachment 38592
Me, looking up the word "if"
I’d do that now for a Manchester United and Wolves win next week.Christ, I‘d rather shamfer my scrotum with a cheese-grater.
I reckon Burnley will beat us, and we'll probably get a point at both Everton and Sheffield United. The Sheffield United away game looks our best chance of a win though,Ash-I wouldn’t write
us off at Everton and Burnley either.
Our home games look difficult so it’s still all to play for.

Blimey Ash. Arguably Luton’s most winnable game left sees them get battered 1-5 and the glass is still two thirds empty. Have a beer and rest up for tomorrow when a win could put us within touching distance of safety.I reckon Burnley will beat us, and we'll probably get a point at both Everton and Sheffield United.
I think we need a result at home to Chelsea personally. Difficult, but not impossible.
Why?Luton are not the problem, Burnley are. If we Lose tomorrow, and clearly favourites to lose to Citeh, and we are going to need to beat Burnley away. Currently sleep walking to relegation.
Because quite a few on here believe that Burnley and Luton will beat everyone, and that we will fail to beat anyone! Why?
How many points do you expect Burnley to get from Manchester United,Newcastle and Tottenham?
It’s in our own hands-we need a couple of wins.Because quite a few on here believe that Burnley and Luton will beat everyone, and that we will fail to beat anyone!
These weeks must be torture for them, they seem so miserable.
