If Dias is being coached to play with more tactical discipline that's no bad thing, as it will help him become a better team player. If that is what is happening there will inevitably a period where he is "over thinking" until he becomes 'unconsciously competent'.

Can't argue with that, I also agree with what was said about striking a balance between organisation and taking a chance, which is I suppose something that will only get better as you play.
I just hope it's successful as I bloody love a pacy, skilful winger and I think he's better than we've had in a long time.
Chill out, just chucking a few thoughts about. Thats what we're here for aint it?
Dias being awful last two games is worthy of comment.
Carayols strengths: can run fast.
Carayols weaknesses: not a footballer.
Would I be right in saying that Goncalves was the more highly rated of the two when they arrived? I thought that was why we only loaned him because we couldn't afford him?
I thought we were warned that he played hot and cold and sometimes even disappeared during games.
Is Goncalves suspended or has Karanka decided the sending off means he is finished? I thought I read that the suspension only applies to the cup games.
I still haven't seen him play bar a few mins against WBA.

This is what i heard.. He's had a couple of flashes of class but 3/4 poor games.. There are plenty of similar players (we've had a few) that just don't have the right footballing brain. Cash looks twice the player which is testament to the player, his attitude and the forest set up..
