I think Derby should get a spoon on their shirts for their record breaking Premier League season.

Re: Joe Lolley!

What are the chances of this lad getting a run out today? I was disappointed not to see him against Fulham.

Can’t be a fitness issue as he’s about the only one of our new players who has been playing fairly regularly before coming to us!

Looks like Paterson if Paterson has pace and was willing to work hard.

Thought he was underrated against Reading, looked decent again today. Another good acquisition it seems.

Top finish.

Re: Joe Lolley!

hes got pace, can beat a man, can play either wing and can both score and set up goals, we've needed a winger like this in the team

That was close to being a perfect description of Carayol`s performance yesterday in his full debut, looked unplayable in the highlights. Doubt Ipswich will see that or him, very often.

He will be back to normal now he knows his place in the team is safe

Everyone was backing off him because they didn't want to catch noro...

Except for his miss on the open goal... ;)

Re: Joe Lolley!

Another great game and goal from the lad today. Has that penetrating vision we've been crying out for.

Looking to be a great signing.

Jamie Mackie couldn't lace his boots.

The thing I like about Lolley is every time he gets the ball the intensity of the game is raised a little bit because everything he does is very quick - he's almost always at full pace.

Re: Joe Lolley!

What we've missed.

Direct, but that little bit of intelligence at the end. That level where he can just roll it back across the box.

He's been desperately needed out wide.

Perhaps lacks a little bit of lightening pace, but he has a decent turn over 3/4 yards where he shuffles it out his feet and gets away.
