..... FOREST LEGEND

He has been very impressive so far and can pick out a pass with ease (a bit like a certain someone down the way who we now all love to hate)

Once he is fully match fit and up to speed, and stays fit, I think he'll be the first name on the team sheet.

Yes, he's a truly dynamic player. Actually, we do have a lot of very good players right now who seem on the verge of hitting the next level of their game. Cox is what, 24? Henri. obviously. Jamaal for the long term. And a few of our loans.

Btw, how did this forum get to sponsor Lansbury? And what does that entail?

Stu C gave him money I think. It means the entire forum gets to go to one away game for free, enjoy a free pie and pint at half time then three lucky winners get a hand job at the end of the game. It just goes to show how much Stu is overpaid.

How are the winners determined? Perhaps the people with the oddest shaped heads

He's an attacking central midfielder though , it was obvious by the way he plays. Employing him on the right is not utilising him fully.

Lansbury and Guedioura should be in the middle.

I've just spent the last ten minutes of my life deciding who would give the better hand job- Kenny Burns or Frank Clark. Frank would be smiling and do it with music. Kenny would hurt you and bang your nuts. Larry Lloyd would promise to do it then tread on your helmet. I'm going Viv Anderson.

And try to win every game 15-14?! We're already way too open, playing these 2 in the middle at the moment would be like giving a team a 5-0 head start! Lansbury as good as he was going forward Saturday left Hutton way tooexposed first half hence the tactical change pulling Coxy back in the second.

When Lansbury came on against Wednesday, just behind the strikers, he was immense. He is the sort of player who you build sides around.

Looks like he is 'the joker' off field too.

Sharp's comment about him being a bit slow make me chuckle. *giggity*

Ive seen Lansbury play on loan in the championship, and hes never really looked quite as a good (that I have seen) as hes looked in his brief flashes for us

An absoloutely class signing, and I cant wait for him to get a proper run into the side and really build some form.

When is the free game and the ahem "hand job"?
If the free game is Brighton - yippee - I want to go...

My Gooner mate is still pissed that Wenger let him go and insists he is better than Ramsey.

It's important we stay with patient with him whilst he builds his fitness up but he looks the real deal and surprised that we managed to sign him TBH as surely perm teams wanted him. He's a big strong lad, cracking vision and quick feet.

I remember watching him for a couple of games playing for norwich and thought he was a decent attacking central midfielder , he loves to join in the attack and it shows in the way he plays - when we launch an attack , he would be running just behind the strikers.

I went to the u21 game yesterday and he was there, he had a silly hat on and didn't seem very happy when a bloke went to ask him for a signature..

He seemed to get on well with the forest staff, JFH and SO'D were there as well.

I only saw him in a handful of games, so i cant really judge to be fair.

He looks excellent for us though

Sorry, who do we hate from down the way who can pick passes with ease? Oh, is it our number 9?

Lansbury is an excellent footballer and should be in the Prem. Im astounded nobody took a punt on him, especially for just 1m.

His bird's fit too
