Historically, we have tended to spend large periods in the top flight, followed by large periods in the second division (with the occasional dabble in the third tier thrown in to keep it interesting)and then back to the top flight.

Therefore,regardless of where we end up next season, we'll be back in the Prem within the next 4/5 years.

The league is very average this season.

All we needed to do was win a few, draw a few, lose a few and then go on a bit of a run when some of the injured return in the new year.

We can't even manage that now.

We are now on our second worst points total after 15 games since returning to the Championship. Only Caldewood got less. Hopefully the only way is up.

It's called "progress" apparently. Fighting relegation from 12th in Feb, is FAR more dangerous than fighting it from 19th in November.

True story.
