I used to hate duty frees! No calculators in those days and with a full aircraft going across the pond, not enough time to do it all. It got a bit easier when the pound devalued to $2.40 in the pound and , for those youngsters among us, there were 240 pennies to the pound in old money, so that made it easier.Bottom left. Somewhere between Slim and None, and Slim is out of town.So .. chances of new Main Stand work happening?
I certainly never expected Strummer to start the Take That versus Boyzone argument.Somewhere between Slim and None, and Slim is out of town.
I am just disappointed they couldn‘t get someone decent to come and play, rather than that shower.
I would have preferred someone like Queens of the Stone Age, rather than some hapless made-up boyband, but there we go.I certainly never expected Strummer to start the Take That versus Boyzone argument.
Do you think they could take Harry Arter and Jonjo Shelvey with them? What's the going rate for a Ticket to see Take That these days? I reckon they must fleece their 'fans' for at least £100 a pop. Hopefully we've negotiated a decent cut.
Mind you, we'll probably end up doling out a load of refunds due to a lack of running water.
Actually made me spit out a mouthful of popMind you, we'll probably end up doling out a load of refunds due to a lack of running water.
For a stadium gig, the promoter pays a flat fee but a deal is done on concessions for food and drink and merchandise. What's the going rate for a Ticket to see Take That these days? I reckon they must fleece their 'fans' for at least £100 a pop. Hopefully we've negotiated a decent cut.

Which one were you? Howard or Jason?I've actually done a stadium tour with take that back in 2011... it was the first reunion with Robbie Williams... we did Wembley, Millennium Stadium, Villa Park, Etihad, Stadium of Light, Hampden Park
Well, thanks for your vote of confidence, mate!Which one were you? Howard or Jason?
Wow, devil for punishment! For a stadium gig, the promoter pays a flat fee but a deal is done on concessions for food and drink and merchandise.

Sounds like a job for the award winning Forest catering team. For a stadium gig, the promoter pays a flat fee but a deal is done on concessions for food and drink and merchandise.
I've always said a tenner isn't to be sniffed at.For a stadium gig, the promoter pays a flat fee but a deal is done on concessions for food and drink and merchandise.
I don't care if they do pay me a 100 quid, I'm still not going.Over one hundred quid a ticket.
One. Hundred. English. Pounds.
f***ing hell.
If the last match was lost, anyone can start the new match thread. Otherwise, the previous starter gets to continue their unbeaten run.How is it decided, who will do the next matchday thread? Would like to do 1, but then the thought that my doing this, would lead to a 10 match unbeaten run and having to keep it going is daunting...
Forest are magic on and off the pitch!
