Didn't he basically score with his arse against someone when the goalie kicked it against it and it bounced back and went in?
That was Robert Earnshaw mate, away at Reading in 2011 (unless „Tys“ had a similar one I’ve forgotten!)Didn't he basically score with his arse against someone when the goalie kicked it against it and it bounced back and went in?
Problem was that there was no way the vibe could have been any more positive after the way last season panned out. There was always going to be a drop.Probably in the minority and I know that this is going to be incredibly unpopular on here, but I'm finding it a bit hard not to feel a bit deflated about Forest at the moment.
Feels like barely anyone in the media has a good word to say about us, and there seems to be a big increase in negativity amongst a fair amount of our fans (today's latest transfer collapse hasn't helped).
I'm under no illusions that the Premier League was always going to be tough, but it just feels to me like a lot of the positivity and feel good factor since Wembley has gone. The club definitely feels like it needs something to give it a much needed lift IMO.
There was always going to be a drop off from Wembley of course, but there just seems to be an endless torrent of negativity towards the club (not necessarily on here) which has gotten even worse after the Newcastle game. I just hope this negativity doesn't seep into the crowd on Sunday, though I fear it will if we don't get a positive result.Problem was that there was no way the vibe could have been any more positive after the way last season panned out. We will lose more than we win this season and hopefully settle into a new norm that doesn't include Championship football. We all knew Saturday would be tough, but I don't think anyone expected us to look so far out of depth.
It'll all be forgotten if we put in a good showing against West Ham.
It's a difficult time, certainly. As Cooper has been at pains to emphasize though, rebuilding the squad was literally the only option given the players who left - either on loan or through contract expiry. And we're in the phase of taking the backwards step, so that we can take some forwards ones.Probably in the minority and I know that this is going to be incredibly unpopular on here, but I'm finding it a bit hard not to feel a bit deflated about Forest at the moment.

Tyson did it against a Paul Lambert Norwich side, think we ended up getting beaten 3-1 or something that night. That was Robert Earnshaw mate, away at Reading in 2011 (unless „Tys“ had a similar one I’ve forgotten!)
Ah thanks Viktor; I fondly remember the Reading match as it’s one I attended. Didn’t know about Nathan‘s display against Naaarch.Tyson did it against a Paul Lambert Norwich side, think we ended up getting beaten 3-1 or something that night.
It's memorable for me, only because a mate came straight from working at Homebase. I made a joke about an E falling off the back of his uniform and he shit himself, every now and then someone refers to him 'Hom-bas'.Ah thanks Viktor; I fondly remember the Reading match as it’s one I attended. I'm sure Luke "hides in the dressing room" Chambers did that against someone like Boro in am early round of the league cup back in the dark daysThat was Robert Earnshaw mate, away at Reading in 2011 (unless „Tys“ had a similar one I’ve forgotten!)
It was a backheel I think sadly. Would have been better if it was his arse as I had my Boro mate with me at the time!I'm sure Luke "hides in the dressing room" Chambers did that against someone like Boro in am early round of the league cup back in the dark days

And for all he knew about it, it may as well have hit him on the arse!
I think it actually was!Feels like a lifetime ago
