Clubs use agents too so I'm sure we use that method. I would imagine someone at the club (Ross?) makes the player and their agent aware that we're willing to listen to offers for them as they're not in the club's plans going forward.
Then you probably have some players who aren't bothered about moving, Arter, Shelvey potentially so shifting them is virtually impossible.

There is transfer lists, chatrooms and sites where people can make players available, its all private as you can expect but it's pretty easy to alert everyone a player is for sale

the video re the new pitch is very interesting. I thought our pitch last season was fabulous but the Head Groundsman says otherwise. We have 11 staff working on our pitches......the PL truly is a another world.

There is a data system which pretty much all clubs use now where the details of "listed" players can be uploaded/updated so all other clubs can see.

The majority work over at the academy because of the size of the site/number of pitches. There has always been a fairly large ground staff team ever since we opened the NDA

The lad has put himself on this pedestal, he now has to deal with the backlash when he fucks up.
His content isn't my cup of tea at all anyway, I find it all a bit of a hard watch if I'm honest.

I see the well known content creator has apologised now it saddens me that anyone would feel the need to put that type of content on their social media it should not be on the internet period its just wrong full stop.
It's also pretty worrying that some of the people who appear in his content are telling him the photo was not offensive and he should not have to apologise.
I just don't understand how anyone could think it's okay to put that type on content on social media or the internet . I just hope the club distance themselves from him and Sky/TNT and the BBC do likewise given he has been on both representing our club in the past.
