Not quite sure how I came across this from the BBC4 archive...

Quiz Ball, a sort of Question of Sport from 1966 - Arsenal v Nottingham Forest

Ted Moult was bizarrely appointed as our "celebrity" fan on that show (every competing team had to include one. He was a farmer from Derbyshire who was often featured on TV, who had no known connection with Forest, be it as a supporter or otherwise, other than being a local-ish 'personality'. A clear sign of the times, he puffed away on a pipe all through the show (Johnny Carey, a fellow pipe-smoker, declined the opportunity), hence the cloud of smoke as shown above him on the photo.

Sadly, he took his own life many years later.

Just a question to the mods if they are at liberty to answer. Has the number of forum member increased much since promotion and are there many overseas newbies.

Nothing more than just intrigue on my part.

Has he singed yet?
Well, this past season has reinvigorated my love for Forest and ended up with me coming back onto this forum, I rock up and I see many other names from yesteryear all posting again like it's 2010. So I'm guessing they've seen a general uptick in members and returnees in recent months on here.

Not much change yet.

Visitors from Greece and France almost doubled but overall month on month it's about the same. Which for the break between seasons is good

Gibraltar has gone up from 3 visitors to 94 visitors

Just been announced that although parachute payments may soon be a thing of the past this season's promoted clubs will still get them if they get relegated.

Yes:
Arter, Silva, Lolley, Taylor and Da Costa.

Not as bad as previous years, and all besides Arter should be relatively easy to shift as they can do a job at bottom half Championship or League One level (or overseas equivalents)
