I'd be more confident of Jack Hobbs making an appearance before this guy.

Bit of a cockish statement I thought, saying training wasn't enough. He was barely fit the entire time he was here. Allegedly.

Not a bad gig, got paid for getting back to fitness then naffed off before playing a single second of football

To be fair, he could have easily sponged off the club for the remainder of his contract, like so many others have done. No hard feelings from me.

Really? After all the wasters we've had who have sat in the bomb-squad collecting money for doing naff-all.

Showing ambition & terminating his contract is a breath of fresh air!

Doesn't mean we haven't had to pay to get him off the wage bill. Won't be the full amount granted but I can imagine were still paying a nice chunk of his wages.

The statement is a bit nobbish though, he was injured up until about a month ago.

Fair point, I'm just salty because I thought he was a shrewd capture and now seem a bit light at centre back

Believe he was the second Brazilian to play for Forest, after Leo Bonatini.
Rodrigo Ely joins Abdoulaye Diallo, Gboly Ariyibi, Panagiotis Tachtsidis, Joao Teixeria and Louis Laing as players signed by us in the last ten seasons that have never made a single first team appearance for the club.

On paper, a signing worth a punt. All credit to everyone for realising it wasn't working out as they wanted and moving on.

We've had no end who would have sat there collecting a wage for doing nothing. He's not done that so good luck to him, wish him well in his future.

I think you meant he was the second Brazilian on Forest's books, given his non-existent game time.

No idea what happened behind the scenes but probably for the best we part ways if he wasn't feeling it and we weren't either.

A shame, but that's life.
