• All - as you will understand, the forum is exceptionally busy at this time. The admins and moderators simply don't have time to read every post in every thread. You’ve had thought cooper n coaches wud have seen enough of those players in training, matches or in Taylor’s case on loan, to be fairly clear who was staying or going. Perhaps playing some of these players allows first teamers to be eased back more gradually.

There's one or two poster on withe more than double the number of posts on ti's forum

151k is only 41 a day. There are some on here, and I'm passing nil judgement whe I wrote this, could do 41 posts before lunch.
I've started looking at Twitter a bit over the summer for transfer news, and have been exposed to the Forest timeline for the first time in a decade or so.

One regular tweeter had 151k tweets. 151 thousand!

Whoever has nicked a ball of twine from Sarah Clapson can you give it back to her please as she cannot string a sentence together. Quite worryingly I felt my own IQ rapidly dropping with every 20 seconds that I listened to her.

It might be an idea for the Post to consider having knowledge of football as a pre requisite for their next Forest reporter. Talk about a competition winner. Wow!

I don’t really understand Twitter even though I know my ICT (not as good as Bonfire though). If the Forest timeline just #nffc or something else entirely? Also, how do you find the number of tweets someone has made?
I couldn't see if you had had a reply to this.

If you click on the posters icon (in this case the forest badge)

It will open their profile page and the count of posts is shown under the account name at the top of the page

I'm a twitter novice. I have made 54 tweets and somehow have a massive 5 tweets followers. I have no idea who 4 of them are or why they would be following me! LOL I could have posted the Forest early history info on Twitter if I was interested in having people follow me but I'd rather people came on here and discussed the posts to be honest.

It’s probably strummer 🤣
I reserve my personal Twitter account for harassing Lufthansa when the Business Lounge has run out of champagne.

The forum has a Twitter account now - @LTLFForestForum - which you are more than welcome to follow, if Twitter is your thing? Follow-backs, guaranteed!

This forum though, has been around since before Twitter was even a thing - 2003, in its present incarnation for LTLF, although there were predecessor platforms dating back to around 1999 IIRC.

Anyone who’s been here consistently for the 18-odd years, as I have, will have indeed racked-up a decent few posts. We have of course had members who’ve totted-up higher averages but have have subsequently left.

It is a marathon, not a sprint.

Has he singed yet?
It was around 2002 I joined up, mad to think that was 20 years ago...

Fact is, if you want overly dramatic reaction to forest news, then head to Twitter. For an offbeat, tongue in cheek reaction - that still remains a little dramatic at times - then stay here. It's what drew me in 20 years ago and drew me back this year.

Sauce salad?
Genuinely think Cafu is the best corner taker we have at the club - not suggesting he should start because of that, but he can whip with pace and accuracy from both sides. Whenever he is on the pitch he'd be my corner taker.

Considering I joined the forum 14 years ago my post count is still in the low hundreds. More of a reader than a writer.

We don't seem to show the post count on here anymore, so we're all equal in the eyes of the football world.

Thanks, Strummer, I knew some kind soul would give me the answer.

I'm of the generation which tries not to experiment too much with present day technology because invariably I buy something I don't want, I worry about being scammed or I get stuck in some dark pit from which I can't seem to escape.

Doesn't seem to have the same importance without a leaderboard on the front page though.

It can also be a hazard in your 30s, although it happens if I've had beer and decide to scroll through Amazon... I've got hedge trimmers here I've never used as I live in a flat without a garden, or indeed a hedge.. but I thought it was a bargain so couldn't resist
