Yeah it was the insinuation that people on the internet talking about squirrels could stop the transfer and we'd regret not listening to the Benfica fans that grated on people.

Augsburg make enquiry for Forest goalkeeper Odysseas Vlachodimos
It’s now been claimed in a recent report that Augsburg are looking to add a goalkeeper to their ranks this summer.According to Augsburger Allgemeine, the team in 10th place of the German top-flight have now asked about Forest stopper Vlachodimos.

Not sure what you lot are on about. Count Vlach is a tremendous goalkeeper, Champions League level really. Augsburg should definitely give us between 15 and 20 million English pounds for him. A bargain at twice the price. Quick, get him before someone else does!
I‘m just off to the Station, for the morning ICE to München, which stops in Augsburg; there, I intend to march around the WWK Arena with a loudhailer, proclaiming that Vlachademos is a sensational goalkeeper and that Die Fuggerstädter should sign him immediately, regardless of cost.

I get not every signing is gonna work out, no one expects it too, but either no one watched this empty vessel or whoever did has 0 clue about what Prem level football demands.
I genuinely can't remember a keeper who was so empty and vapid in goal at this level.

Talk of Augsburg reminded me that Reece Oxford, former West Ham wonderkid is there. Just checked to see how he’s getting on and oof… his career has gone south. Not played a game since November 2022 due to injuries. What a shame.
Anyway, Vlachodimos. He’s great guys. Would take at least ten million to get him so pay up.
Seriously though, their record transfer fee is sixteen million euros, although they haven’t paid more than five million euros for a couple of seasons now. I’d happily take a small loss on him considering that Sels was good value at 5m.
