Heard on a podcast somewhere that if Touchel is sacked from Bayern, the last 10 Chelsea managers will be currently unemployed.

Anyone with time on their hands want to do a similar check on Forest? Can't think of many who are in a job.

Not including caretakers, you have to go back 13 managers to Steve Cotterell to find one that's currently employed as a manager/ head coach. Cotterell is at Forest Green.

Cotterell, O'Driscol, McLeish, Davies (mk2), Pearce, Freedman, Montanier, Warburton, Karanka, O'Neill, Lamouchi, Hughton, Cooper... NES

Freedman is employed as a Sporting Director.

There were also 5 caretakers in this time. 6 if you include O'Driscoll, who then became manger. Also Brazil, did it thrice. Non of them are head honcho.

I hate to break it to you, but Tuchel has effectively been sacked; his contract with FC Bayern will be terminated at the end of the season, one year early.

Hence Bayern are now hunting for a new manager (Xabi Alonso, who I tipped some weeks ago, is the favourite, although he has other suitors) but Tuchel will be the latest to be cast out of München.

He’s getting his contract paid up in full apparently, so he won’t be short of a bob or two, or indeed, of job offers.

Two massive games in quick succession at home, should the worst case scenario happen i don't think it would be outrageous to predict that Nuno get the bullet. Two draws might even do it.
If he is asked to leave as is likely, I don't think anyone on here would actually give a shit.

Sarri’s Napoli were amazing to watch. Won the league with a shit Juve, his Lazio team were performing well above the constituent parts and if nothing else, he’ll really piss the FA off.

Also, whenever he gets sent off he goes for a fag in the stands.

I can believe that. If we stay up Nuno could be done.

I have kind of wondered if Nuno has been pissed off from the start….. Was he blindsided by the FFP debacle ?
I wish I couldn't, but I can sadly.

Nuno's definitely not done himself any favours, but...like Cooper and other managers under Marinakis...he's had to deal with a lot of shit.

Nuno has got Champ promotion though, so Marinakis needs to bare that in mind. It'd be beyond crazy to lose TWO managers who got promotion from the Championship at their first attempt with their respective promotion clubs if we go down.

Ah, didn't realise it was a done deal.

That's hilarious. Out of every manager we've had, and some have been decent, it's the tracksuit retard who's still in a gig.

He has a decent record in the lower leagues though, expecting him to take over a side in the Championship who had reached play off finishes in the previous two seasons was perhaps slightly above his level. Not too long after he had left us he took Bristol City up from L1 when they had been relegated under O'Driscoll. I also seem to recall a while back seeing he'd never been relegated as a manager, not sure if that stat is still correct but he has a good record in L1 and L2.

The likes of Shrewsbury and Forest Green are about his level.

That's because he got sacked before it happened.

You know, Chris Hughton didn't get relegated with Forest, therefore he was successful.
