It depends entirely on the crime.

Considering they have one of the lowest re-offending rates in Europe and the UK the highest it might just be a better system than you think.

Maybe so - and I'm all for rehab.etc.. but I can't see this model working in the UK or the US...way more factors at play..and it must cost way more in taxes

Just came across an article promoting his new autobiography and says this about his time at Forest..

Much was made of Bendtner's appearance against Wenger's Arsenal in a League Cup tie in 2016. But it was a facade, the book reveals. 'I say I really want to join Nottingham Forest. That I see it as my big chance to get back to the top. It's not true.
'If there's one thing I want, it's the money. And being an hour on the train from London and Nicholas. I don't give a s**t about the rest. Me - the guy who has always loved playing football.'

We've always suspected Forest has been used as a cash cow for players who have lost interest but this is the first time I've seen a player be so blatantly open about it.

I read that the other day. Wasnt that the season the 2 goal difference at the end of the season counted for something. How many goals did Bendtner score....

You'd have to be an absolute halfwit to give him a job as a manager. As such I fully expect some idiot club owner to give him a job in the not too distant future.
