Nat Jackson Fawaz Interview

The interview was that bad at times I actually even felt sorry for Fawaz.

I don't disagree but why are we placing so much importance on an interview? We all know the guys an incompetent fool, we don't need probing questions from Natalie Jackson to tell us that.

What I think the interview highlighted the most is that fawaz is a airy fairy kind of bloke who thinks that everything will become good in the end.

He's as laid back as they come and seems very wet. You can see that he cares it's just he don't wanna admit that he needs help

Exactly was all a complete waste of time.

The only thing Nat did was adopt a firm, disapproving tone to her voice.

Nothing note worthy was said and think this was only done as a reaction to the failed takeover and Fawaz trying to come out of it looking a bit better but not achieving anything.

The carry on continues!

Didn't even ask about players being signed or future financing of the club, seeing as he said "he is not selling at the moment". Then fund the f***ing club and use the almost £20m we have received in player transfers this season to sign some f***ing players.

I thought Nat did really well.

You could here she was nervous but Fawaz isn't the easiest of people to interview and I thought she did well to convey the general frustration shared by everyone associated with NFFC.

Given time, I'm sure more subjects would have been covered and certainly in greater detail but given the limited time on air she handled it, and Fawaz, well.

All this media exposure isn't doing us any favours.

FAH "Actions speak louder than words, I will be bringing in the right people in the next few weeks, blah, etc"

NAT "But you should have done this 4 and a half years ago. And we've heard it all before. No one wants to deal with Nottingham Forest, the clubs reputation is at an all time low".

FAH "Erm.... COYR.... I love Nottingham.... etc"

Tosser.

I think she did pretty well. She made Fawaz very uncomfortable anyway so nice one Nat.

Again I'm a bit late into the thread and pretty much everything has been said.

I don't understand why Nathalie is getting a bit of a thumping, she has given us the best interview with Fawaz we've heard in the four years he's been cocking things up. He couldn't sensibly answer any of her questions and she did press him on several points. In a short interview you have to move along otherwise they could have spent the whole time arguing one point and made no progress at all.

As it was, it showed Fawaz to be a complete dunce and completely incapable of running a football club; our football club!

And it showed conclusively that he is running out of money, can't even afford a decent haircut.

Now imagine being a manager and having to work with that every day.

No wonder Billy Davies tried to bring in his own people, had a battle with control and order, and went nuts eventually.

Or a decent outfit - looked like he was sat there in someone's used gym gear.

Looks like Fawaz has lost the dressing room as well.

Have either been trying to salvage their careers lower down the leagues or abroad or have given up completely. Football Managers can't afford too many failures if they want a long career, so they are all counting the cost of taking on mission impossible under Fawaz.

His bullshit about his hands being tied for the last twelve months made me laugh. Burke was sold 5 months ago - who sanctioned that?

I liked the bit where she asked questions the fans want answers to rather than asking for a job as Sporting Director

If he puts 2.5-2.8m of his own money into the club every month why isn't the club still under embargo?

So what I gather is:

"Every club in the Championship is for sale at the right price.

I won't get the price I'm looking for while we're at risk of being relegated.

We'll try to stagger to safety on a shoestring.

Once we're safe from relegation and I've a better chance of seeing my demands met, I'll sell."

A sound business plan then
