Katy is one of my favourite too, 6 bottles is good going fella it kicks in quick and hard but it's just so easy to drink, crisp and clean

I have also been to the Thatchers‘ shop (years ago, when I still lived in the UK) and the quality of the ciders available there was frankly, superb.

On a boiling hot day, there are few drinks better than an ice-filled cider. Sadly, Cider isn‘t really a „thing“ in Germany, unless you are prepared to hunt out niche providers.

Have you not come across Most (pear cider) Strummer? My wife is from Mostviertel in Austria. You need a strong stomach for it.
