He hit 3 passes that I remember on Saturday that any prem midfielder would be proud of. One for Williams on the right wing which he initially didn’t even bother to chase, but had he had the faith to do so he’d have found it landing almost perfectly where he needed it, over the head of the full back. Williams raised his hand to apologise. Far exceeded my expectations in that sense.

Turner £7m rising to £10m with add-ons.
Vlach £4m rising to £8m.

Have been reported.

So anything between £11m and £18m for the pair, depending on what the add-ons are.
so nearer £10m apiece than £5m.
The Captain is almost right once again!

With all these 'add-ons' we're putting into Transfer deals, I think we should seriously look at putting 'subtractions' in...-£500k every time Turner make a f*** up and -£250k for every goal Vlach concedes, for example.
Arsenal and Benfica would actually end up owing us money in those circumstances... the answer to our FFP problems!

They'd both end up bankrupt

Hopefully the add ons are for saves made, in which case we'll only ever owe £4m for Vlach.

For the first time in ages, I'm not shitting myself whenever the opposition are lining up for a shot or putting a cross into the box.

Could be one of the most important signings of the season.

Had notthing to do today - BUT could see the defence more relaxed and had more belief in this keeper - also has a nice habit of when in doubt put boot through it and get it over the half way line - none of these silly passes which put us in trouble

He seems competent.

He's also ours, at a good age for a keeper, and with decent experience.

We also didn't spend a lot on him.

Sounds good all round.
