The tackle from behind on CHO by Young looked to be a blatant pen. The handball and tackle in Reyna I can live with, but that tackle was f***ing nailed on.

The tweet by the club is embarrassing as f*** but how on earth can that penalty claim not get the VAR call?
Make no mistake. The embarrassment is the officials and the corruption. Forest are right to whistleblow

To be honest this type of behaviour is not exactly out of character for EM, we've just not seen an awful lot of it at Forest until this season. He's been at war with the Greek FA equivalent (EPO) for a while

Yeah but the difference is he is a big fish in a small pond in the Greek League. He is a small fish in the ocean that is the Premier League. His power and sway doesn’t translate to this league.

That is the point, and it's a lesson he's going to have to learn just hopefully not at our expense

He's crying over my posts though. I make no apologies for mocking his butthurt.

To quote...

you have shown little respect to our manager in the last few weeks calling him slow, which in many people’s opinions is rude and disrespectful.
Why should we now be considered respectful when dealing with issues that have bedevilled us all season?

He's expecting a fan on a forum to act more professional than a multi-million pound club. Which is hilarious and fully deserving of piss-taking.
I think the issue tends to be, and I’m not personally aiming it you or maxi, but obviously fans are going to be sensitive after the result because we all want Forest to do well but there is this tiresome pettiness that seems to hit the forum where certain ideas and narratives about the club seem to get peddled out as a bit of a ‘I told you so’ which can build momentum into what seems like a gloat which leads to bickering.

I have asked if I can be on VAR duties when Everton are away to Luton, can't see a problem with it.
Well, I'm assuming you're not a select group referee... But if you were, then don't see why not

This whole conspiracy bullshit needs to stop.

Yes, the decisions were shite.

But does anyone think the league is trying to protect Everton over us? The same Everton they've dished two separate points deductions to?

f***ing hell. Get a grip lads.
No, but Luton want Everton safe before they play them, a Forest win was the worst result for them. A self confessed Luton fan in control of the most vital decisions in the match is an odd decision made worse after Forest highlighted this pre match. Sub conscious bias by Atwell.
One positive is that by Wednesday we will 100% know how many points we actually have. It must be strange for the players and staff and I really do feel for them.
Add that to the fact the Prem is a game of extremely fine margins as it is and the amount of energy these players are exerting in each match, it must be so tough mentally when the refs are also screwing us.

If we can get a couple of points back, have a couple of games go our way, a win against Sheffield United could & should have the City Ground roaring for the game vs Chelsea with the chance to secure our status.

I almost plead to all Forest fans to push the off the field shit to the side until the end of the season, lets unite as we do better than any other club in the league and drive our boys over the line. Then at the end of the season we can deal with everything off the pitch, united.
isn’t the hearing on Wednesday? I think the decision will be announced the following week between Man City and Sheff U

Oh and wonder what bull Dermot Gallagher will say about it.

Athletic reporting and guessing we may consider suing PGMOL.
Well the tweet said we were “considering our options”. Maybe we are considering a full and grovelling apology to PGMOL, declaring all their decisions this season to be correct after all, and begging for better treatment in the future.

No, but I would be balanced and fair honest.

Agreed, I wish I could make them less sensitive, but sadly I can't.

Ultimately though, if you follow the conversation back to it's origin, M&M chose to be upset and offended about a completely new issue today - my criticism of the club Tweet.

There was no gloating, no "I told you so", simply me stating that the Tweet was cack-handed. Right intention, poor implementation. That evolved in to M&M crying about my comments stating Nuno was "slow on the uptake", and unfortunately, as I've already said, I can't cure people of over-sensitivity sadly.

The club is doing poorly, the fanbase is a bit divided....it's been like that before, mended, and will again. It's no big deal.

Having thought about this tweet for a couple of hours, who ever released that should be sacked - surely that wasn't endorsed?

I agree with the intent, but the club should be better at this and more professional. The club should have released a full statement calling out the PGMOL tomorrow on all platforms, but take it further with some comparisons to other clubs etc. This will then not attract the unwanted 'whinging' club responses it has across the media.

You can still strongly word it and question integrity of individuals or organisations. Additionally, why was Keith Stroud, the renowned usless EFL knob head he is, the 4th official of a PL game? He is at Su.day league level at best.
The club probably had the same thoughts as as you the first 5 times we've been cheated.

This is beyond that.

Blatant corruption. As Nuno says, any other country & ther'd be an investigation.

1or2 dodgy calls could be called unlucky.

8 or 10 throughout a season & then 3 in the same match points to one direction only. Corruption. Cheating.

I'm with the club here.

f*** the PL & f*** every cheating ref they employ.

I don’t think there can be much doubt that the tweet coming out immediately after the game was either impulse or premeditated.
Both very bad. And obviously made very high up the chain. Another poor decision following on from the 11000 on the waiting list tweet.
God knows what will happen if we go down.

Unquestionably could have gone about this better across the season, but whether or not we go down, I’m under no illusions that this league stinks to high heaven and is driven by agendas just as much as football. As a friend of mine who doesn’t follow Huddersfield will point out: it’s quite possibly an agenda that got us here in the first place. Look at how news worthy we’ve been. Regardless, this is not the sport I love and the sport it should be, so I have no problem with the club speaking truth to power. It won’t end well for us. But I’d be more ashamed of us if we limped meekly off home.
Completely agree, Im happy the club are bringing heat on this bullshit, its absolutely ridiculous. Everton fans are agreeing too, when is this shit gonna end? Do we have to keep bending over? Something is seriously wrong with VAR and the way officials conduct themselves, its becoming ever so slightyly obvious here that something isnt right, and I absolutely applaud the club for publically questioning it, its simply got to stop. VAR has ruined football, totally and utterly ruined it.

Were were however abysmal today and no excuses should be made for that performance. Had we got 3 penalties we would probably still have lost because the players have no minerals.

Not the point though, this needs looking into.

Unfortunately it is not a new issue as far as you are concerned. Again you use emotive words ” crying” when you are covering up for the number of times you have called Nuno slow which is neither acceptable or correct. I have pointed out that your comment has conotations that are unacceptable.

I’m being honest I thought Reyna dived. I don’t like any fouls where you have a delayed reaction. I thought the handball and Hudson odois were stonewall pens. However that’s the way the cookie crumbles. They obviously didn’t think they were obvious errors. I wish though we put this much scrutiny on management, players and the board though. Who have all been very bad this season and I include Cooper in that. It’s just been a complete shitshow.

Day after day you lot go on about "corruption" and "cartels" and how you're sick and tired of it but the minute the club decide to speak up you just slate them for it instead of getting behind them, you should be proud your club is challenging the status quo.

Someone has to make the first move, personally I'd say well done to Forest for having the balls and it being them. You can't just moan about how you're not happy with things, want change etc but then keep quiet.

For me, having just seen it all again on SSN, it shows that all the attention is on denied penalties. But the reality is, without the hand ball or CHO being chopped down, Forest are technically through on goal. Add that to Pickford’s wonder save from Wood, we would have been in on goal on 3 occasions away from home, perhaps scoring two. We’d therefore be a bit less critical of the overall performance as some have been, celebrating at least a point.

Perhaps.

Correct, but there are professional ways of doing it-not on social media seconds after the final whistle.

But… but… the gods of the Premier League might get angry and punish us!!! LMAO.

Well said though 👍
