Banged all the videos on pre game about siege mentality and then played like that....

Club can f*** off if they think people want to cheer that shit

That’s the problem mate. The players expect relegation. Nuno plays risk averse football every single first 45 mins. It speaks volumes

The game I lost faith in Nuno. I normally give managers longer than most, but I just don't see it and I'm unsure if his dour character suits a relegation battle. Whether the owner or FFP has ground him down I'm unsure, but we're a shell of the first 2 games which were probably just a new manager bounce looking back at it.

Last season's Felipe is the best CB I have seen at the CG, however this summer's injury has meant that his legs have now gone and should not be picked due to being a liability.

Sangare and Yates at home does not work. Why do Nuno's midfielders never offer an option to the FB or winger? The ball always goes back to the CB. Was Nuno behind the Mangala sale as he didn't play him? There sure is a huge Belgium shaped hole in that midfield these days.

Elanga is our fastest most direct dangerous player, but who's touch can be questioned at this level. Instead of putting him in his most dangerous position, he played him in the most technical in the no.10 🤣 wasting 15 minutes of game time before the neat but result-less Origi was subbed.

Why was there never anyone within a 20 yard radius of Chris Wood when the ball is fired into him with two defenders around him?

Recruitment has been pretty poor for me,We always seem to get everyones cast offs,I cant remember the last great signing we had..I thought when we got promoted the quality of player would vastly improve. We have more players on our books who can you can see their legs have gone.If we do stay up im thinking at least 8 should be gone and buy 2 good reliable young players who arnt a journeyman or a oap..

I think Yates gets the nod for being a extra head in our defence from set pieces,For me he doesnt close down quick hence his bungled free kicks he gives away.We havnt got a midfield player except for domingez and MGW who can pass a ball without having 5 touches. Its kinda embarrassing to watch at times..

And I think Origi is getting the nod for similar reasons - offers a long ball out.

I'd rather see Elanga and Hudson-Odoi on the wings and hope we can go back to being a little more proactive in getting the ball forward to them from the midfield.

We can definitely get at Fulham they conceded 3 to Sheffield United. Fulham only won 2 away from home like us all season. Attack. Majority of 2nd Half is the way to play.

I'd also like to add that why the f*** weren't our captain and vice captain in the refs ear then face about the time wasting? Why are the leaders of the group so nice?

Both of them on that video bigging up the siege mentality bollocks then both pussy cats when required.

When Elanga came on I didn't see anything that was obviously better than Origi.
I know we all see things differently but.... which game were you watching yesterday?! :ROFLMAO:

The referee was complicit in the timewastimg though - it was as much him chatting to players and not being in position as the opposition letting it tick. Took him well over a minute to whistle to restart play at a couple of points... and you can't restart play until he's done that. (and lol at the two minutes injury time first half - the ref himself wasted double that).

The “we shall fight” never got properly unfurled…if that was you in the lower Trent, try harder.

I liked the “REDS” but the rest of the display was not the best. I’ll try and find the forza display thread and bump it with this pic.
Agree that it wasn’t one of the better ones. In fact after the Larry Lloyd tribute it was all a flat ! Still feel like that today.

Players have been a let down, Cooper gone, the place is deflated.

Crowd has half heartedly tried to get things going but why should we. We've been getting behind the team for years.

We finally had something good going and the meddling has been off the scale and destroyed we what had going.

Need to win a game of football and they hardly look like the really want it. Today was there for the taking and it was half arsed.
Duhhh, you need to get behind the team so that when it does well again the owner can hike up prices so that he can fund his son's attention seeking signings, as they then throw away anything which you've developed any connection to silly! 🤷‍♂️

What's up with you? you don't like being treated like a soulless disposable source of income? SING FOR THAT SHIT!! 😆

This is the problem. We know what Yates can and can't do and we know he'll be consistenly 6 or 7/10. We've brought in Frueler, Danilo, Domginuez, Mangala and Sangare but only really Dominguez has looked like an aggressive, ball winning CM who can also pass a bit and maybe Danilo pre-injury but he has been up and down since he came back.

Danilo and Domginuez also both have a goal threat, so I was surprised neither of them started and he went with Yates AND Sangare.

I think the second half shows we don't need two more defensive centre mids at home to Crystal Palace, whose tactics were hoof it to some giant and hope it ended up at Eze's feet somehow.

The only thing we know is that Sangare & Yates don't work together.

Putting MGW back there has been mooted for ages & worked well.

Can't stand him but do you think Rat face at united would have stood for that?

No, so why should we.

Then the twat added 2 minutes on so leaving it to the ref really worked didn't it?

And whilst we are at it what the f*** were the ball boys on with yesterday? Players fetching the ball when we are losing, can't even educate kids to watch the game.
