AMERICAN IDIOT
Time to bring some American luck into the equation, and I’m not talking about the shit ass players we have from here.

We’re winning this game 0-3 100%. Sangare is going to dominate the midfield, Aina is going to show what we’ve been missing at leftback with Tavares’ absence. Taiwo or wood will feast on the creativity of MGW CHO and Elanga.

Heads up lads, 10 games left and I’m confident we’ll survive.

Can a mod add a poll but put another two options that is “David Lynch Dune” and “Denis Villeneuve Dune”, ta

This will be the easiest game of the season for us.

We've the better players, they've the bigger bollocks these days. A bit like us last year. Please Forest, just do this. 0 - 2 to the Red Men.

Elanga
CHO

No pissing around with formation or tactics

Sels
Neco
Mur
Omo
Aina

CHO
Yates
Dom
Elanga
MGW

Taiwo

Had totally written off Origi as this year's Ayew - maybe unfairly so, but he's growing on me. Yates most likely to start I guess (would rather have Danilo) Taiwo just looks busted at the moment. Need to rely on CHO and Elanga - they're our key. Then hope the backs keep it together.

Just win this 🫶

Bringing in Boly and Danilo for a bit more bite. Agree with the rest.

I think this is the only time I’ve ever looked forward to an International break.

We need to win, even if it’s only to boost confidence.

I'm ambitious we might draw.

If our players are not up for this then we will lose, because Luton players will be.
If our players are up for this we should have enough quality given the amounts we spent on putting our band of mercenaries together.
40-odd years ago , Sir Brian and Sir Peter demonstrated how a committed team of less fashionable players can achieve what a collection of expensive mercenaries can’t.
I think Luton are about to repeat that achievement.
Maybe not winning the League, League Cups, European Cups, and World Club Championships, but this is the modern world.
Mrs S goes all demur, submissive female whenever Luton’s manager is on the telly.
It is another reason I dislike Luton.

Time is running out fast for Forest.
We realistically have 8 games left to save ourselves as I can’t seeing us getting anything
against Tottenham or Manchester City.
On that basis,at least 4 of those 8 games need to be wins starting with this one.Sadly,on the
evidence of yesterday’s limp effort at Brighton I’m starting to wonder whether we really
have the stomach for a battle and it’s pretty obvious that Luton do.
If I had to make a prediction I would probably go for a score draw which likely won’t
be enough.
Please prove me wrong Forest.

I worry about our defence. We have full-backs who consistently fail to prevent crosses coming into the box, and centre backs who can't make defensive headers. Against Luton, this is a recipe for disaster.
Factoring the news of the likely points deduction this week, I see a Forest implosion on the cards.

We will have received our points deduction on Friday and we have a few weeks of terrible refereeing decisions to pin on a wall.

If the squad can't get fired up enough to go out and batter this Luton team then we deserve to be relegated and almost certainly will be relegated.

It's all on the line on Saturday as far as I'm concerned. Win and stay up, lose and be relegated.

Nuno’s body language on the touchline over the last few games, and the way he conducts pre and post match interviews indicates he has thrown in the towel.
I posted when he was appointed that I thought he would not tolerate owner-interference and would walk away if it happened.
Now I see a man with a broken spirit who is waiting for the inevitable sacking.
Forest: ruining reputations for decades.
