How can me 'bleating' about how short we are and how hard it's going to be, be the 'opposite to' someone like you saying it'll be a tough struggle? Surely we're actually saying the same thing?

I'll accept I'm probably not as partisan as some, that's years of Fawaz and the Greeks pre-Dane Murphy that's done that. But my stance, from what I've read on here isn't that much different from the norm really so let's not pretend I'm saying we're definitely going down, perhaps with less than 11 points and all our new signings will flop as it just isn't true.

What you on about?

When was last time I love and stroked it, it’s been the first time for years that I’ve posted any information that I’ve heard on here, so how I come to that opinion from my posts todays.

I’ve had to take time to respond to posters telling me I am a bullshitter and making stuff up, I have to tell everyone my sources otherwise, it’s just voices in my head, now stoking stuff and loving it

I’ve clearly said what was my opinions and stuff heard on feedback when I asked about Richards and what was the camp like after a few pre season games.

What do I have to knock off?

Lots of sensitive folk on here who seem to spend more time taking it out on posters who are just on here to pass things heard

It's becoming apparent that you'll be jumped on if you post something on here that doesn't fit the general narrative, particularly if you're responding to a one of a group of well established forum members.

I can only assume there’s previous. Though I remember being hounded off here when I was pointing out that Hughton was shit and was the problem. Was told to f*** off and take my negativity elsewhere. Of course I was right, but apparently that wasn’t welcome.

This in the same week that Calvin guy has a meltdown and the mods say there is no clique, yet look at the response to this guys post. Strange.

Agreed, I was the same about 4 years ago with Karanka. Said he was rubbish and our football was boring to watch. I also remember saying Pantilimon was awful and we should try and replace him and you'd think I'd criticised Stuart Pearce.

Then to top it off I questioned the decision to loan out Worrall to Rangers and then sign Hefele, again had the same, usual posters on me like a ton of bricks questioning my loyalty for not just blindly being on board with club decisions. The same know it alls pointed out Ben Brereton as a shining example of why the club should offload youngsters if they're not good enough...

Especially when the information is vague enough to not be disputed either way.

You're allowed a difference of opinion and you're allowed to disagree and debate said point.

All the things you've just posted I'd have agreed with, and I e been on here 20 years and would arguably be in the "clique" and allot of the older posters also agree with those points.

People will debate your opinion on here and that's why we come here, if you just want people to agree with you then this ain't the place to be.

Now that is a fair point, and was happy to do that, but when keep getting abuse, I ain’t going to back down and take it on the chin, (well in actuality a keyboard and screen) , cos doubt anyone would act like they do on here face to face, when someone drops off information that doesn’t fit their agenda.

I hear the contact on table hasn’t been signed and still with his lawyers (and waiting on said number of arrivals to be signed) but others will tell me (especially as he is is so happy with everything right now) that all is signed and he’ll be on the official site in the 3rd kit showing it off

Bang on - Widdow appears and cites at least a couple of pieces of info that are either not reported anywhere else or contradict reports from other sources including a direct comment from the manager re the issue with Richards.... if the club come out and confirm what they say then great.

I will agree that we do tend to err on the side of optimism rather than doom and we've all gotten in scrapes over the years - I came out heavily against Lamouchi and had a few ding dongs with posters but you have to take it - its a forum.
