It was quite interesting a few weeks ago when Tony Pulis was asked about Rhodes and he said that 'Crystal Palace probably couldn't afford him'.
If that's a Premier League Club what realistic hope do we have??

Footballers earn a great deal of money by moving to clubs fairly often. Rhodes must feel like his big transfer has just trapped him at Blackburn until his stretch (contract) runs down. It's like being in prison, only with less sex.

While he's still at Blackburn he'll get a bit more cashish, and when a club bids for him they will have to pay more money.
